With this service, we will repair the following:

Toyota Highlanders are known to have faulty climate controls. These problems vary from non-functioning temperature and vent control knobs to power loss to the entire climate control. Our repair service can correct these issues with just a quick turn around.
Warranty Information
We offer a lifetime warranty on all repairs performed.
If the unit fails at a later time and must be replaced. The customer will owe the difference between a replacement unit and the repair purchase price.
Our climate controls are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials. We stand behind our work place a lifetime warranty on the repairs performed. A warranty sticker is placed on the climate control at the time of repair. If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void. Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.
Shipping Your Climate Control
SHIPPING:
Ship your climate control to us along with our customer information form. Our shipping address is located at the bottom of the form.
Repairs will be made the day the item is received and shipped out the next day. Expedited shipping is available as well.
DROP OFF OPTION:
You may drop your cluster off for repair at our location next to 43 Auto: 5394 Hwy 43 Joplin, MO 64804 between the hours of 9:00-5:00 M-F
All items dropped off will be ready the following day for pick up. Same day service is available for an additional $20 if dropped off before noon.

Q: Will the climate control have to be programmed when it is returned to me?
A: No, there is no programming required.
Q: I attempted to repair the climate control myself and damaged it. Can you still fix it?
A: We can repair most climate controls with prior repair attempts. However, you may incur an additional fee for prior repair attempt clean up and/or additional parts required.
Q: How long will it take for me to get me climate control back?
A: Repairs have a two to three day turn around. Transit times are typically two to three days each way, so you can plan on about a week total to week and a half.
Q: How do I send in a climate control for repair?
A: Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the climate control to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.
Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
Q: Can I drive my vehicle while the climate control is removed?
A: Yes. While you will not have control over the fan speed or temperature while the climate control is removed, you will be able to drive the vehicle.
