“ Quick honest service repairing my Honda A/C dash control unit. Previously, I ordered a used part online from oemparts.com. I described the part exhausly and accurately and even sent a picture of the part, front and back. I received the wrong part and the he blamed me for ordering the wrong part. He told me to send the part back (I paid shipping) and proceeded to send me another unit that was non-working. I had to return it also (I paid shipping). They gave me a partial $$$ refund for their broken part. This wasted almost 3 months. I sent my to Auto Tech Repair, who quickly repaired/replaced my unit and returned it as promised. Along the way, I was kept informed when my unit was going to be returned. My only comment is that I did not get confirmation that they initially received my A/C control unit; only when they were returning my unit. Small gripe. In summary, professional trusted service that is well priced and a good value. I recommend Auto Tech Rescue and thank them for their excellent experience.”

“ My Yukon’s driver side brake light was working intermittently. I had no clue the entire tail light had to be replaced until I went to my dealer and was quoted $800 for a new light. I started googling and came across Auto Tech Rescue. From the moment I reached out with questions Lindsay was nothing but superb. I wish everywhere had customer service like the kind she provides. She was quick to reply to my emails and answered all of my many questions with patience. My tail light was returned to me working perfectly now. If/when my other side goes out I will definitely be sending it to this company as well. They received my light on a Monday and mailed it back to me on a Tuesday. I do however recommend you select the quickest shipping method- when I shipped it to them USPS estimated a 4 day delivery and it actually took 5 days. “ Just wanted to Thank Ron and his team for his knowledgable and friendly service on my F0rd F250 Suerduty instrument cluster!! I have been having problems with it for a few years, gauges intermittently going off and comming on, windows would not roll down, radio not working etc... I saw their website online and figured I would stop by the shop to ask them if they could rebuild my cluster. After driving from California to Missouri to take care of personal matters my truck went into limp mode and the cluster finally was dead. I called Ron and explained my urgent situation. Ron had me come to the shop that day and explained what the problem was. Ron rebuilt my cluster with upgraded silver background plate, upgraded Blue LED lights and a new faceplate. He had this done for me the next day!! Now my instrument cluster looks like a new truck instead of the old boring 2007 Ford standard design with green and red lights. I am very satisfied with the service I received with Ron and Auto Tech Rescue. I would highly recommend this company to anyone driving a 2003-2007 Ford F250/ 350 superduty truck who is having similar issues with their instrument cluster not functioning correctly. It is not a matter if IF it will go out, its a matter of WHEN!
