AUTO TECH RESCUE

Auto Tech Rescue was started by Miles Fanning.  In 1979, Miles’ parents opened 43 Auto, selling rebuildable autos.  They later expanded the business to include a salvage yard and now sell used and new auto parts as well.  After graduating from Missouri State University with a BSBA in Marketing and Logistics, Miles moved back to Joplin and began working for the family business.

Through the years he has had hands-on experience with various types of vehicles and has learned how to repair numerous electronics in both foreign and domestic cars, trucks, and SUVs both when rebuilding vehicles as well as selling used auto parts.  Growing up, Miles always had a passion for taking things apart and putting them back together.  He continued doing this while at 43 Auto when car and truck parts would be reported as inoperable or have flaws or when a rebuilder vehicle would need something repaired.

After doing this for some time, he realized that he could create a business for his passion and Auto Tech Rescue was born.
